FineDesign Interiors is a long standing high end and continually growing company in search of an experienced Senior Interior Designer. FineDesign Interiors is a dynamic, highly creative interior design company and an award winning leader in our industry recently acquired by one of the nation’s highest end retailers. FineDesign is looking for the most experienced high end designers with a following


Job Requirements:

Designer must have a minimum of 10 years experience as a "High End Designer" (others need not apply),with full construction, lighting and electrical layout and space planning.
• Responsible to meet with clients in order to establish the "scope of work", present and sell the entire design vision to the client, prepare information and documents and approve all contracts. Maintain contact with clients throughout project.
• Take initiative in designing, decision making, problem solving, project management and corresponding with the clients and trades.
• Have ability to work with and convey design intention to Architects, Contractors and other professionals.
• Have an extensive understanding of construction, lighting, audio visual, cabinetry, paint, flooring, etc. in order to communicate with Architects, Contractors, Electricians and other professionals.
• Guide, manage, mentor and motivate entire staff on a day to day basis in order to maintain a quality and customer service on a continuous basis.
• Maintain written and verbal client contact
• Create budget for projects and work within those budgets
• Extensive knowledge of furniture manufacturers, fabric lines, art, accessories etc.
• Supervise jobsites, provide design solutions and creative problem solving methods and head up job site meetings
• Work with our CAD department to create permit plans
• Lead on all deliveries to client
• Prepare job site trade schedules and ensure time lines are met
• Assist management with photo shoot
• Attend weekly Vendors Meetings and share information with other Designer (s) that may not have attended.
• Conduct regularly scheduled in office meetings with staff to ensure projects run smoothly and on schedule.

Must be willing to relocate.
